The China Energy Group Assessed China's Energy-Saving and Emission-Reduction Accomplishments and Opportunities during the 11th Five-Year Plan

[2 December, 2009] Dr. Mark Levine and Lynn Price of the China Energy Group at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory presented at the Network for Climate and Energy Information Meeting of the World Resources Institute in Washington, DC on December 2, 2009. The presentation provided the main findings and recommendations from the assessment of China's energy-saving and emission-reduction accomplishments and opportunities during the 11th Five-Year Plan (2006-2010).
