Dr. Mark Levine Presented at the World Affairs Council

[2 December, 2009] The founder and group leader of the China Energy Group at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Dr. Mark Levine, met Professor Dan Kammen from the University of California, Berkeley at the World Affairs Council in San Francisco on December 2, 2009 and shared their insights on Copenhagen negotiations, China, and the U.S.
