Lu Meng

Lu Meng was a visiting scholar in Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, and the recipient of scholarship from the China Scholarship Council in August, 2014.

She received her bachelor's degree from Nankai University in international accounting authorized by the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada. Her master degree is in management and she is now a Ph.D. student majoring in management science and engineering at the China University of Petroleum. During her stay with the China Energy Group, her research focused on improving industrial energy conservation, low carbon development and energy enterprise management from both financing and policy analysis perspectives.
