Mr. Wu has worked on policies for building energy efficiency in China for over 15 years. Recently serving as vice President of the China Building Energy Conservation Association, Mr. Wu leads the research work of the “Building Energy Efficiency Improvement Project for China”. This project will establish a roadmap for Chinese Building Energy Efficiency improvement from 2016 to 2030. At the same time, he is organizing the drafting works for “The 13th Five-year-plan of Chinese Building Energy Conservation and Green Buildings.” It will set development targets in 2020 for building energy efficiency and green building's development.
