Ms. Ying Huang is a visiting scholar for the China Energy Group in the urban low-carbon development research at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. She is an associate Researcher from Energy Strategy & Low-carbon Development Center of Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Ying Huang received her Master degree in Cartography and Geography Information System from Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2009. Her recent research focuses on energy technology assessments, CO2 emission peaking and bottom-up modeling of urban low-carbon development pathways. She has hosted and participated in several programs, and published more than 20 research papers, and two monographs.
